Low gas prices & cocaine

So the reign of Bush is about over… But not until he decides to pardon John Forte of the Fugees from a 14-year sentence of smuggling some $1M dollahz worth of cocaine. Along with Forte, there were 14 others that received pardons ranging from distribution of marijuana to unauthorized use of pesticide. This is from over 2,000 request of pardons. KEEP HOPE ALIVE!
